That May 20 post indicated a previous two week decline of covid-19 cases in Owensboro-Daviess County. Over the past 7-10 days national, state, and some local media have been reporting an increase in cases in several states, including Kentucky. This is precisely why it is important to look at this type of data at the local level. That map was alarming. I could not believe the devastation of job loss in the U. S. Over the three year period. I hope the health care field does not lose jobs.

I am a red dot!! My job at a factory was lost in nov 07.They moved to mexico where the labor cost are cheaper. I am back in school as a result. I sure hope things turn around soon. Alot of my co-workers blamed the mexican people,but they need to work in their country same as we do. Who is at fault? Anyone?
