  2. I saw a church sign about two months ago that said something like "Get off facebook, Get inside" It got my attention.

  3. Are many churches and other religious institutions on Facebook? If not, then why not?

    Facebook has over 400 million users. Seems there is a lot of religious and/or spiritual potential there.

  4. You're a step ahead of them. And who's gonna organize that? Back in the day, I would see youth groups on myspace. Facebook's a whole 'nother ballgame and yes great potential. It's not a far stretch from benefits you see on facebook, fundraisers, etc etc. (get ppl involved, words out) They should get in the mode. But again, who is it that's going to get in the mind frame?

  8. That's the question. I was just sitting here wondering how long it took them to get those signs out there in the first place. THAT alone was probably a huge step.

    A reply to the "Get off facebook, Get inside" would be... Get on facebook, get people inside.
